Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in the implementation of formal Workforce Management systems (e.g., ADP, Replicon, WorkForce Software, UKG, SchedulePro/Shift Board), including timekeeping, advanced scheduling, absence/leave management, analytics, and time clocks
  • Strong understanding of WFM systems, including timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, related modules, and connections to core HR systems and payroll setups
  • Knowledge of payroll practices, HR, time and attendance, and scheduling, preferably in manufacturing and complex/highly regulated industries
  • Experience working with functional HR teams in developing and implementing technical solutions to improve efficiencies and performance
  • Experience with populations covered by collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
  • Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and recommend solutions
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Ability to identify and escalate out-of-scope requirements and delays to the Project Manager or Senior Team members
  • Ability to support projects and meet assigned deadlines
  • Experience building SQL queries and understanding documented SQL statements

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify how the WFM system supports those needs for implementation (design, testing, transition to Production), and understand project scope and implementation approach
  • Integration: Support design and testing of data transfers in/out of the WFM system, ensure seamless integration with Workday and other HR systems, lead data collection, data loads, and system authentication (SSO)
  • Payroll Management/Impacts: Strong acumen on WFM data transfers to payroll system, including design, documentation, testing, and production support
  • System Configuration & Implementation: Set up and configure the WFM system tailored to organizational requirements for specific areas of access and assignment
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for WFM process improvements, recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and stay updated with latest Workforce Management Software enhancements
  • Documentation: Responsible for reporting program within the WFM system, create system documentation and audit procedures for WFM and data flows to ensure accuracy of WFM data and payroll processing
  • Training & Support: Provide training to end-users on WFM system usage and offer ongoing support as required
  • Problem Solving: Address technical issues and challenges during implementation and ongoing use of the WFM system
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and support
