Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of proven writing experience for websites and applications, preferably for mobile apps, along with UX Design or Writing Certifications or other professional level training. A portfolio of writing and content samples demonstrating user-focused writing, brand and copy guidelines, and tone of voice is required. North American English fluency is essential, and basic competency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior UX Writer will write in-product copy including headlines, body copy, microcopy, and product/service names, collaborate closely with the product team presenting informed points of view and remaining open to feedback, participate in user research, develop the myQ brand voice, author and govern copy guidelines, drive copy consistency efforts, conduct content audits, deliver impactful presentations, and contribute to the team effort. They will also maintain professional and technical knowledge, comply with health and safety guidelines, protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation, and potentially travel up to 10% of the time.
