Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Services, and Treasury roles
Demonstrable knowledge and passion about bitcoin and cryptocurrency with a security-first mindset
Experience in a high-volume, deadline-oriented transactional environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build financial models and work with different data types
Ability to forecast and anticipate cash forecasts globally and in different currencies
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and reconcile issues
Strong comprehension of the balance sheet and effects of transactions on the firm's assets and liabilities
Advanced knowledge of the Google suite of products, including Sheets
Technical skills to manage data in Excel and SQL
Treasury Management System experience (Kyriba, etc.) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Use of treasury management system (i.e., Kyriba), wallet management system, internal payment gateways, and banking partners to manage liquidity positions across fiat and digital wallets to ensure adequate settlement coverage
Facilitate the minting and burning of tokenized equity instruments, ensuring accurate reflection of underlying shareholder registers
Oversee capital inflows/outflows related to equity token subscriptions, redemptions, and secondary transfers
Automate reconciliation processes, real-time fund reporting, and liquidity tracking
Manage treasury operations tools across multiple global banking partners including cash pooling, legal entity cash concentration, and various payment portals
Maintain a collaborative approach to continuous improvement of processes ensuring data verification, quality, and accuracy
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
