Requirements

  • 8+ years in Product/Quality Management or Testing, ideally in consumer electronics
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with experience managing multiple programs
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional, global teams
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance scope, schedule, budget, and quality

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive quality and testing strategies from early concept through mass production
  • Set customer return targets and lead initiatives to achieve them
  • Lead failure analysis investigations using structured problem-solving (8D, Fishbone, FMEA) to identify and resolve root causes in both development and production, as well as coordinate factory-related issues with CAPA
  • Ensure products meet industry and international standards for quality, reliability, and testing; lead internal and external audits as needed
  • Partner with suppliers and ODMs to develop and improve manufacturing and test processes
  • Lead regulatory compliance and certification activities
  • Champion continuous improvement by leveraging lessons learned, field data, and testing insights
  • Present quality status and risks to management at key development milestones
