Requirements

  • Ability to travel occasionally for campus events (10–20%)

  • Familiarity with intern-to-full-time conversion strategies and early career development programs
  • Prior experience building programs from the ground up or scaling existing ones

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for early career roles, including internships, entry-level positions, and rotational programs
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-potential students and new graduates from diverse backgrounds
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with target universities, bootcamps, and student organizations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Partner with DEI, HR, and Learning & Development teams to ensure inclusive hiring practices and onboarding programs
  • Plan and attend on-campus and virtual events (career fairs, info sessions, hackathons, etc.)
  • Analyze hiring metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and program impact
  • Continuously improve candidate experience, offering timely, thoughtful, and respectful communication at every step
  • Stay informed on trends in early talent acquisition and share best practices across the team
