Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience in a customer-facing mobility role, with a minimum of 5 years in supervisory or leadership positions. They must demonstrate a history of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence, along with strong leadership abilities, including influencing, negotiating, and achieving results. Advanced knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and mobile applications, as well as knowledge of mobile device management and security technologies, is required. Furthermore, a solid understanding of Thermo Fisher systems, programs, and processes, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Mobility Manager will monitor the performance of vendors and partners, maintain communication to ensure corrective actions, develop and lead cost-saving initiatives, coordinate global mobile device deployment and maintenance, lead integration of mobile devices from mergers and acquisitions, direct the deployment and support of mobile devices, collaborate with CIS teams for integration, assess and recommend mobile solutions, prepare detailed reports on device usage and costs, manage devices across multiple platforms, ensure secure data management, and align with company policies. They will also carry out additional tasks as assigned.
