Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in contract analysis, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of contract law and procurement principles is beneficial.
Responsibilities
The Contract Analyst II will analyze contract audit reports, review expiring contract communications, and notify customers and sales reps of potential pricing/rebate issues. They will also analyze and research complex pricing and rebate issues, resolve rebate denials, and communicate with customers and vendors as needed. The role involves proactively resolving replacements of expiring contracts, reviewing credit/rebill activity to correct overcharges, and coordinating with the Pricing and Margin team on margin opportunities. Additionally, the Contract Analyst II will plan and implement contract pricing on new customer conversions and existing customer GPO conversions, leading projects to compare pricing and track changes during these transitions.
