Requirements

They must have hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, demonstrating proficiency in building and maintaining cloud-based environments. Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and cloud security fundamentals is required, alongside experience with containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Helm, or ArgoCD is also necessary, as is familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, or Prometheus.

Responsibilities

The Cloud Test Bed Engineer will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing cloud test bed environments in AWS, GCP, and Azure for both functional and performance testing, collaborating with Development and QA teams to define testing requirements. They will provision, automate, and scale test environments using infrastructure-as-code tools, ensuring they replicate production environments and accurately simulate real-world traffic. The role involves automating test environment setup and teardown, developing monitoring solutions to track key metrics, troubleshooting issues, and continuously optimizing test bed efficiency while integrating performance and functional testing into CI/CD pipelines.
