Responsibilities

Lead global sourcing initiatives for Corporate Services categories
Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost reduction and service improvement opportunities
Develop and execute category strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485)
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business needs
Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFPs, negotiations, vendor evaluation, and contract development
Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Quality to ensure contracts meet regulatory and operational standards
Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supplier performance
Mitigate supplier risks and support the creation of robust continuity and contingency plans across regions
Foster collaborative, strategic relationships with key business stakeholders across Marketing, IT, R&D, Finance, Legal, Quality and Compliance
Serve as a trusted advisor and sourcing leader for business partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and communication for all Professional Services sourcing initiatives
Track and report on savings, value realization, and program status to senior leadership
