Requirements

Candidates must have a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field, with over 6 years of experience in machine learning, including at least 3 years in senior or staff-level roles. Expertise in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is essential, along with extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ML infrastructure tools, distributed computing, and data workflow tools. A proven track record of designing, building, and deploying end-to-end ML systems at scale in production, strong background in performance optimization, version control, CI/CD, and managing the ML model lifecycle are also required, as are excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff AI/ML Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models for high-impact fintech applications, managing the full ML lifecycle from research to monitoring. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into ML solutions, build and optimize robust ML systems for production, and continuously monitor and enhance model performance. Responsibilities also include utilizing distributed computing frameworks and cloud-native platforms for data pipelines and MLOps workflows, evaluating and adopting state-of-the-art AI/ML tools, championing responsible AI practices, and staying current with emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
