Expertise in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is essential, along with extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ML infrastructure tools, distributed computing, and data workflow tools. A proven track record of designing, building, and deploying end-to-end ML systems at scale in production, strong background in performance optimization, version control, CI/CD, and managing the ML model lifecycle are also required, as are excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Senior Staff AI/ML Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models for high-impact fintech applications, managing the full ML lifecycle from research to monitoring. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into ML solutions, build and optimize robust ML systems for production, and continuously monitor and enhance model performance.
