Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, or Engineering preferred or equivalent related network experience
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in the posted location(s); no relocation offered
  • No requirement for employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable (e.g., fuel tanks, generators, hazardous waste)

Responsibilities

  • Develop new processes, define processing or handling requirements, compile/evaluate test data
  • Make recommendations and implement improvements
  • Review requirements for compatibility with processing methods
  • Develop/modify processes, methods, and controls to meet quality standards
  • Conduct feasibility studies and recommend process improvements
  • Provide data mining, reporting, and support to technical network programs and initiatives for network data standards and integrity
  • Analyze, track, and publish methods and procedures
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of network problems
  • Provide process improvement training
  • Provide technical support on process and compliance
  • Responsible for analysis, design, development, and documentation of network quality/process improvements
  • Align improvements to network performance shortfalls
  • Provide consultation on reengineering techniques to improve network process performance and product quality
  • Develop network methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results
  • Analyze, track, and publish network performance and process/quality indicators and results by constructing geographically illustrative reports
  • Ensure network process capability, control, and improvement by implementing procedures and interpreting network standards
  • Develop network metrics to measure future improvement opportunities
  • Collect data to identify root causes of network problems
  • Measure performance against network process requirements
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of network performance metrics, process control points, and results management
  • Write/edit technical network manuals
