Requirements

  • 12+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in global organizations at IAM Operations
  • 8+ years of experience with managing SailPoint IIQ operations activities to establish a scalable and sustainable IAM product to align with business objectives and risk reduction initiatives
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages: Python, Java, HTML, PostgreSQL
  • Experience with cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and cloud networking
  • Skills in customer service, negotiation, and conflict management
  • Knowledge of security principles, technologies, and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ 8.4, Active Directory, LDAP, IQServices, LCM
  • Willingness to work in shifts including weekend coverage for business operations
  • Preferred: Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CIAM
  • Preferred: Prior involvement in IAM projects such as migrations, upgrades, or integrations
  • Preferred: ITIL foundation certification

Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in production; work with development teams, clients, and other operations support teams to maintain maximum stability, performance, and security for current environments
  • Handle application operations, client support investigations, and Tier 2 task execution and investigations as needed for specific issues
  • Script for enhanced performance of 'tasks' for SailPoint backend that cannot be triggered via administrative UI or set up for use through administrative UI
  • Evaluate log files for transaction investigation, health of application on platform, and tuning platform as part of normal operations duties
  • Support deployments, ensuring Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) deployment execution, as well as any deployment script tuning/writing
  • Implement and maintain tool/portal, processes, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of application and infrastructure
  • Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with development and other operations teams to identify and prioritize requirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to ensure platform is operating at the highest level of efficiency and security
