Responsibilities

  • Credit Risk Assessment and Management: Evaluate client creditworthiness through financial statement analysis and credit reports. Set and monitor credit limits and terms for new and existing accounts
  • Collections: Implement collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts and contact customers for outstanding payments. Negotiate payment plans and maintain detailed records of collection activities
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate payment allocation
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable and credit risk. Present findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Support special projects, compliance with policies, process improvements, and provide support to junior analysts. Undertake additional tasks as needed to support the credit and collections team
  • Support credit and collections process, manage credit risk, ensure timely collections, and maintain positive client relationships in compliance with AT&T guidelines and industry standards
