Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 4 years of backend experience in developing modern database-backed web applications, a collaborative working style with a focus on team growth, and experience working on cross-functional teams. Experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, technical specification, execution, and success measurement, is also required. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to develop reliable and scalable solutions.
