Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience in all phases of a software development lifecycle
  • Experience with designing and building Microservices in a cloud environment
  • Experience with mentoring, coaching, and growing talent at different phases of their careers
  • Experience with shipping high quality software in a cloud environments
  • Strong cross-group collaboration and interpersonal communication skills working with a variety of roles including engineering, product management, support and sales engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and hire talent and grow the team rapidly
  • Experience working with remote teams and individuals while ensuring agility and code velocity
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience with an OO language, such as Java or C#, or Go - must
  • Kubernetes Experience - advantage
  • Experience with network

Responsibilities

  • Take over an existing team of 3-4 engineers responsible for core engine of the product as part of the Identity Protection group
  • Grow the team
  • Drive initiatives that require vision
  • Deliver high performance solutions at scale
  • Design, build and maintain high-scale and reliable infrastructure for other components to rely on
