Requirements

Candidates must possess 7+ years of experience in designing and developing SaaS applications, with proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala. A strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, along with a commitment to disciplined and high-quality software development and strong communication skills. Experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, LLM application frameworks like LangChain, prompt testing, functional programming, HR data sources and APIs, client-server programming, and modern web technologies are considered additional assets.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Developer will develop core technology for cloud-based applications in generative AI and machine learning, engineer prompt retrieval and augmentation, and create effective tests for prompts. Responsibilities include integrating Vee with third-party tools, developing and maintaining data connectors, mentoring junior developers, establishing good development practices, gathering requirements, designing new software features, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance the product and technology.
