Requirements

Responsibilities

The Backend Engineer will work on the LogScale query language and its execution pipeline, extending the language and improving function performance. Responsibilities include contributing to the LogScale backend in Scala, scaling the product to handle increasing ingest loads while ensuring high availability, and communicating technical decisions through design documents and talks. The engineer will also provide technical advice, research new technologies, offer expertise on the LogScale query language, collaborate with the team on new solutions, and monitor and troubleshoot critical production issues.
