Responsibilities

The Sr Site Contracts Specialist manages the preparation, discussion, and finalization of contracts, liaising with sites and internal teams to ensure quality, objectivity, and risk analysis in contract delivery. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with study sites according to local processes and approved parameters, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidance, templates, and processes. The role involves identifying and assessing legal, financial, and operational risks, providing recommendations, and coordinating with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines. The specialist will also achieve target cycle times for site activations, participate in country process improvement initiatives, act as a country subject matter expert for training materials, and liaise with Global Site Contracts to ensure compliance with global processes and corporate directives. Additionally, they will complete periodic quality reviews, peer feedback reports, and may lead amendment/novation client projects and oversee confidentiality agreement negotiations.
