Requirements

  • Degree in security management, security technology, engineering, or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in security management or operations administration
  • Experience in fire protection is strongly meritorious
  • Experience from pharmaceutical or medical technology industry is an advantage
  • Documented experience in contractor management and project management
  • Good understanding of both physical and technical security in complex environments
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Knowledge of relevant national legal requirements (e.g., camera surveillance, GDPR)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain top-class security operations that guarantee protection, safety, and efficiency
  • Lead crisis preparedness and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) through training and preventive measures
  • Ensure high quality in documentation, communication, and follow-up with suppliers and consultants
  • Provide expert support in security technical installations and guide decision-making
  • Establish and maintain requirements for security installations and projects in accordance with laws and company standards
  • Coordinate maintenance, corrective actions, and training within the security area
  • Plan and monitor security projects to strengthen the organization's preparedness
