Requirements

5+ years professional design/development experience in satellite systems
Proven experience as a leader on at least one satellite program
Skill in using and creating software tools to model systems performance across a variety of disciplines (MATLAB, Python, Excel, etc.)
Strong understanding of satellite technologies, design principles, and concepts of operations
Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or related field
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (“green card holder”), or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR §120.15), or eligible to obtain required authorizations
Ability to work onsite in Long Beach, CA

Ownership of the successful operation of satellites on orbit
Responsibility for every aspect driving satellite success from blank slate to happy customers
