Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, minimum 4 years of Quality experience in Quality Assurance, Automotive Industry experience, specific education in Quality disciplines (VDA, Six Sigma, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA and SPC), strong knowledge of IATF16949, knowledge of problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis), strong self-motivation and communication skills, and strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
