Responsibilities

  • Investigate and document defects or non-conformities, working collaboratively with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards, such as IPC-A-610 and IPC-A-620, and customer-specific requirements
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions
  • Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality standards, proper assembly techniques, and inspection protocols
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to review and approve new product designs and manufacturing processes for quality assurance
