Requirements

  • Ability to create, maintain, and expand automated regression suites for software releases
  • Ability to devise test cases from requirements
  • Experience performing exploratory testing
  • Ability to write and execute automated regression tests at Business logic, Contract, and User Interface levels
  • Experience working effectively within Agile teams with developers and product owners to decompose user stories/requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to estimate time and resources required for testing and complete testing within established schedules
  • Enthusiasm for working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment supporting a global SaaS product

Responsibilities

  • Analyze product requirements and develop test plans and test cases
  • Design and develop test automation scenarios to validate system interfaces and system integrations
  • Collaborate with developers to allocate testing between automated back-end, integration, and UI tests
  • Perform manual exploratory testing on new requirements prior to writing automated integration tests and maintaining them as regression tests
  • Work with developers to build quality in and ensure new software includes proper automated test coverage
  • Evaluate unit test coverage to determine QA automation tests on new and current features
  • Identify and implement complex automation efforts, including refactoring of automation code where needed
