Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar – sowie idealerweise 2–4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in der Nierenersatztherapie und im Umgang mit Hämodialysemaschinen (Plus, nicht zwingend erforderlich)
  • Technisches Verständnis für Wasseraufbereitungssysteme (z. B. Umkehrosmose) im Einsatz bei Dialyseverfahren
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit medizinischer Software, Klinikmanagementsystemen und Methoden des Usability Engineerings
  • Hohe technische Affinität, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

  • Analyse von Nutzerbedürfnissen, Erstellung von User Requirements und Abstimmung mit dem Risikomanagement
  • Planung, Durchführung und Moderation von Usability-Studien sowie Ableitung passender Teststrategien für Medizinprodukte
  • Durchführung von Prozessanalysen und -optimierungen, um bestehende Methoden und Abläufe kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Produktinformationen (z. B. IFU, SM, Terminologien) sowie Entwicklung von Bedienkonzepten und grafischen Benutzeroberflächen (GUI)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Partnern und Anwendungsexperten
  • Sicherstellung der Compliance mit internationalen Normen und Regularien (z. B. IEC 62366-1, FDA, NMPA) im Bereich Usability Engineering
  • Mitwirkung an der Post-Market-Surveillance durch Analyse von Nutzungserfahrungen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
