Requirements

4+ years in a product development organization defining and delivering enterprise-class software on web or mobile platforms
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience building and shipping software
Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas, particularly to healthcare IT audiences
Strong knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and related tools (Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps)
Understanding and technical acumen on core cloud concepts such as SaaS, APIs, devops/SRE, and/or artificial intelligence/machine learning
Experience driving product vision, strategic product roadmaps, go-to-market strategy, product ops, and design discussions
Experience establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams, particularly Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing
Passionate about delivering quality solutions to customers
5-10% travel as needed
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
Preferred Skills/Experience
Knowledge of the Home Medical Equipment or Order Fulfillment markets
Experience or background with workflow automation technologies
Experience or working knowledge of EDI X12, REST API, SOAP API, SQL, Biztalk, AWS

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand business needs and requirements
Develop new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Partner with engineering teams and leaders to ensure that designers, engineers, QA, etc. are operating effectively at all levels
Create mock-ups, wireframes, and workflow diagrams
Help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and help translate these into product requirements
Write clear user stories and establish acceptance criteria based on requirements
Research the functional, regulatory, or security need in a specific area to develop the business requirement and process
Develop Beta Test Scripts and other required documentation
