Requirements

  • Expertise in buyers, their buying processes, and buying criteria
  • Deep understanding of MRI's data solutions, MRI Agora platform, MRI Agora Insights, and related products
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into compelling, human-centered stories
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and positioning skills
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product teams, Solution Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and other PMMs
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain differentiated product positioning and messaging for data solutions, documenting key business and technical benefits for buyers
  • Champion product adoption by working cross-functionally with Product teams, Solution Leaders, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to position, pitch, and close deals
  • Create sales enablement materials, including external content (PowerPoint presentations, brochures, data sheets) and internal content (competitor cheat sheets, training materials)
  • Lead marketing efforts for new product launches, upgrades, releases, and go-to-market planning for data-driven offerings and partnerships, ensuring alignment with platform-wide launches
  • Provide input into demand generation and campaign planning, shaping initiatives that position MRI as the leader in connected real estate data and highlight use cases like market benchmarking
