  • Build and prioritize impactful new tools and features that make job searching simpler, smarter, and more human
  • Partner with the SEO team to identify untapped opportunities and amplify visibility
  • Own the roadmap while managing details from data deep-dives to UI polish
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, using data to drive decisions and unlock insights
