Responsibilities

  • Lead product management of federated architecture principles across products like RF troubleshooting and capacity management
  • Execute across the product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and optimization
  • Own roadmap, end-to-end ideation, product requirements, and delivery of features and technologies for next-generation network experiences
  • Utilize a data-driven approach, defining KPIs upfront and optimizing network experiences and recommendation engines
  • Manage and prioritize the design backlog, collaborating with product and engineering teams
  • Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, divisions, and workforce to position products for success
  • Interact with executive management to build relationships and influence decisions
  • Oversee engineering team’s product development using agile methodologies, ensuring functionality, operability, and requirement fulfillment
  • Foster a culture of experimentation in network (access and core) space and drive experiment velocity
