Requirements

  • 4-6 years of demonstrable product management experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, insurance or lending industries
  • Consistent track record of developing, launching, and scaling new products and CX experiences by leading cross-functional teams
  • Customer-first mindset, with passion for building financial products that empower small businesses
  • Experience in collaborating with third party partners, small business financing, and e-commerce (preferred)
  • Flexibility to have overlapping working hours with the Pacific Time Zone

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product and CX strategy, develop requirements and drive roadmap execution for Seller Capital financing partner products
  • Discover and address customer pain points across the customer journey via qualitative and quantitative data-driven approaches to validate and understand the customer problem
  • Constantly challenge the status quo, leveraging industry trends, market dynamics, and voice of the customer to improve product portfolio (incl. expansion to new financial products such as insurance) and CX journey
  • Collaborate with the eBay Product Marketing and Communications teams to craft and execute tailored marketing and communication strategies that align with the broader vision of the eBay Seller Capital portfolio
  • Exhibit strong bias for action and hold a high bar for quality, continuously optimizing execution and processes
  • Collaborate with risk, legal, and finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, anticipate risks, set mitigation strategies, and proactively unblock the roadmap
  • Drive initiatives end-to-end, from customer discovery to launch, working cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, design, marketing, research, communications, risk, legal, finance, and other partner teams
