Requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing AI architectures, with a focus on GenAI and Agentic AI technologies
- Ability to work across disciplines, leveraging broad technical expertise to collaborate effectively with AI engineers, product managers, and infrastructure teams
- Experienced professional that understands both the business and technical aspects of payments
- Track record of delivering solutions that exceed client expectations
- Prior experience in hands-on client management, product, sales solutioning
- Close knowledge of developments in B2B payments
- Creative and hands-on, with a bias towards action, and ability to inspire others with vision
Responsibilities
- Work with sales teams to support the pre-sales engagement with key distribution partners for Visa B2B solutions (issuers, enablers, service providers), gaining deeper understanding of SMB and Large-Middle Market needs, priorities and use cases to support the sell in cycle
- Deliver technical sales solutioning for optimized onboarding and new integrated solutions (product types include virtual card solutions, API integrations for B2B payment capabilities, and complex data solutions)
- Partner with sales and partner teams to implement existing products to solve new business problems and capture requirements for areas that require development
- Assist Issuers, FinTechs and other ecosystem partners with onboarding onto the Visa Developer platform and other Visa Commercial Solution platforms
- Lead focused discovery sessions and workshops with clients and partners across a range of industries to understand client’s specific business requirements
- Drive detailed discussions with clients and delivering client-focused solutions
- Provide expertise to solution for new areas of opportunity that may include new use cases, FinTech constructs or verticals
- Support sales teams and clients with specific, deep knowledge of capabilities to convey where/how clients can make the most use of capabilities (focus on Partner Program and APIs that enable B2B use cases)
