Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or be a Licensed Plans Examiner, along with proven experience and deep knowledge of code compliance concepts and construction codes. They should have a focus on one or more disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, building, structural, life safety, fire, etc., and strong communication skills to articulate complex workflows concepts to technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager – Plan Review SME will work with product and engineering teams and the customer advocate council to understand requirements, translate them into software workflows and features, and oversee their implementation. They will educate teams on Plan Review workflows and code compliance concepts, gather requirements from stakeholders, demo proof of concepts, participate in architectural discussions, track and oversee software workflow completion, work with the AI architecture team to discover automation solutions, provide technical leadership, educate the Sales Engineering team, and provide input from an SME perspective on UI/UX decisions.
