Requirements

Candidates should have 5 or more years of product design experience crafting digital experiences across mobile and web, with QSR or e-commerce experience being a plus. A portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of UX principles and a sharp visual design sensibility is required, along with proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools, including experience in motion, prototyping, or micro interactions.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will translate business goals and customer insights into elegant, accessible experiences, designing flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interaction patterns. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, marketing, and analytics to align on goals and deliver exceptional work, provide clear documentation and specs, advocate for design excellence and consistency, and participate in critique sessions, design sprints, and team rituals. Additionally, they will coordinate, execute, and participate in projects for sports/entertainment sponsorship under supervision of Partnership Director and Senior Marketing management.
