Responsibilities

Craft experiences making powerful AI capabilities approachable and trustworthy for Human-in-the-Loop and AI by Zapier
Own design of tools helping users integrate AI execution and human review into automations
Report to Mindy Wagner and work with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
Drive cross-zone design initiatives across admin, workspaces, and observability surfaces
Navigate competing team priorities and align stakeholders
