  • Craft experiences making powerful AI capabilities approachable and trustworthy for Human-in-the-Loop and AI by Zapier
  • Own design of tools helping users integrate AI execution and human review into automations
  • Report to Mindy Wagner and work with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
  • Drive cross-zone design initiatives across admin, workspaces, and observability surfaces
  • Navigate competing team priorities and align stakeholders
