Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience architecting IT infrastructure in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing environments
  • 2+ years of working with MES, EWM/WMS, DCS, Industrial IoT networks, and S95 Level 2+ architectures
  • Excellent communication and executive influence skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of solving complex operational technology challenges
  • Experience working in fast-paced, operationally critical environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture roadmaps for IPM, IDAP, and IDM, aligned with Tech@Lilly strategy
  • Lead infrastructure readiness for the transition from PMX to PharmaSuite and other key MES modernization initiatives
  • Architect secure, validated networking, compute, storage, and virtualization platforms supporting MES, EWM/WMS, Quality Systems, and S95 Level 2+ solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and escalation support for complex operational and cybersecurity challenges
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, CSV, and data integrity standards
  • Lead major infrastructure deployments and modernization programs across all three manufacturing areas
  • Partner with operations, engineering, automation, cybersecurity, and global architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions
