Requirements

Good undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree from a recognized university
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, VBA and SQL
Some previous exposure to market data objects such as yield curves, forward curves or volatility surfaces is preferable
2-3 years’ experience in the structured derivatives markets (e.g. trading, quant / sales structuring, risk analysis, model validation, product control, collateral or valuations analysis etc.)

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the quality of market data and for the consistency and integrity of market data objects such as yield curves, forward curves and volatility surfaces across all asset classes
Take functional ownership of the market data management platform and work with the technology and product teams
Ensure that data cleaning and quality control processes are performed, working with the product team to specify improvements and with the technology team to implement them
Providing response to the clients on the queries and challenges
To work closely with the local sales and business development teams in pitching OTC Derivatives Data business to prospective clients and lead the on-boarding of customers
