Position Overview

Responsible for executing and leading the analysis required in projects independently, using statistical methodologies and Machine Learning algorithms. The role involves adding value to results in an innovative way and managing expectations with the manager and internal clients.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze KPIs, determine remedial actions, and follow up to close gaps.
  • Execute statistical process final review of BDs, support statisticians (JR and senior), and work on statistical operation processes.
  • Create improvements on execution tools (e.g., program templates).
  • Execute and analyze statistical operation processes and associated project work for their country.
  • Perform execution work requiring local presence or remote execution, including universe, sample design, quality controls, and data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.
  • Work in partnership with country operations teams according to execution requirements defined by process playbooks for operations and associated project work.
  • Engage DA, IV, RD, DPO, and DCsi on select operations and associated project work to ensure smooth operation.
  • Serve as the point of contact for local deliverables, select operations, and associated projects.
  • Investigate data inquiries, processes, and methodology issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or similar.
  • Experience in R and/or Python using statistical packages and algorithms.
  • Advanced level of use of Microsoft Office (Excel advanced).
  • Advanced Level of English.
  • 5-7 years of experience in quantitative analysis work.
  • Strong statistical data analysis ability and capacity.
  • Experience in Data visualization tools.
  • Ability to interact with multicultural work teams remotely.
  • Interest in continually learning and adopting new technologies/tools.
