- Engineering and operating network monitoring and automation tools (e.g., NetBrain, SevOne, ITNM)
- Helping to design and implement enhancements that integrate commercial software with in-house applications and automation
- Implementing predictive analytics and automated incident response
- Reducing MTTR and alert noise through event correlation
- Supporting configuration audits and compliance reporting
- Ensuring network reliability, performance, and security compliance through robust tooling solutions
- Automating network operations to minimize manual intervention and reduce downtime
- Providing actionable analytics and reporting to inform network strategy and troubleshooting
- Collaborating with networking, security, and IT teams to address evolving infrastructure monitoring needs
- Reducing incident volume and mean time to resolution (MTTR) via automated triage and event correlation
- Integrating AI and GenAI into solutions to accelerate automation and improve diagnostics
