Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in information security, vulnerability management, or incident response; enterprise IT or intelligence experience preferred
Proven experience supporting large enterprise environments across on-prem and cloud networks
Skilled in building, deploying, and troubleshooting network solutions with hands-on expertise in firewalls and infrastructure tools (Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet)
Industry certifications preferred (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, JNCIE, Palo Alto, CISSP, Security+, Network+, OCSA)
Experience operating security controls and automating workflows using languages like PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Ability to diagnose and resolve system errors professionally
Strong technical expertise, leadership, and mentoring skills
Ability to troubleshoot, manage projects, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Testing, evaluating, and advancing network tools under the guidance of Network Architecture
Serve as an escalation point for complex incident resolution
Drive the development and delivery of enterprise platforms across on-premises and cloud environments
Ensure alignment with organizational and industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, technology planning, and budgeting with minimal supervision
Provide technical leadership and ensure timely delivery of project tasks and team objectives
Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring availability, integrity, log review, and backup validation
Manage security operations including vulnerability mitigation, account administration, and compliance with standards
Optimize system performance through tuning, capacity planning, reporting, and Tier III support
Promote a positive team environment focused on service, development, diversity, and succession planning
