Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience with NetSuite, demonstrating both functional and technical knowledge of the platform. Familiarity with various NetSuite modules, including Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Recognition (ARM), and SuiteProjects, is required. Strong data manipulation, migration, and management abilities, along with knowledge of systems infrastructure, industry standards, and security practices, are also necessary. A fundamental understanding of internal controls, user permissions, and inheritance is expected, as well as the ability to design and communicate reports in a user-friendly manner.

Responsibilities

As a Senior NetSuite Administrator, the individual will serve as a domain specialist and systems administrator, helping the organization maximize efficiency and scale through the NetSuite ERP. They will participate in implementation and integration projects, refining user roles, permissions, and controls, and providing outstanding internal support on system issues including availability and performance optimization. The role involves evaluating system capabilities, identifying opportunities, and implementing solutions to streamline business processes, learning new systems and tools, and documenting requirements and analyzing reports. Additionally, they will design reports for management and audit purposes, and experience with Change Management methodologies to promote system changes.
