Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of cGMP regulations and be proficient in operating industrial equipment according to established procedures and batch records.
The Senior Manufacturing Technician I will document all aspects of operations in batch records and log books, accurately record time spent on projects, adhere consistently to cGMPs by following SOPs and MBRs, perform specific tasks on reactors, filtration equipment, and dryers, lean manufacturing areas, clean and assemble equipment, understand and perform daily checks, work cooperatively with team members, carry out routine work with basic instructions, diagnose and troubleshoot routine problems, and ensure equipment, tools, and the plant are safe to operate while complying with safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.
