High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
Ability to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
Compliance with cleanroom requirements: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc
Ability to stand for full shift
Tolerance for various outside weather conditions and working at heights
Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 to 12 hours a day, with additional overtime as required
Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
Preferred: Associates degree in related field
Preferred: Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics, including PLC Programmable Logic Controllers, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoids
Preferred: Production experience in a CGMP or Lean manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Performing all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company
Intervening in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance
Performing tooling changes, machine setups, and making in-process adjustments
Rebuilding, calibrating, and configuring sealing components and controls
Documenting clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls
HVAC, Boiler, Generator and electrical troubleshooting
Engaging in continuous improvement projects
Participating in equipment installation
Testing equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met
Maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding various production machines and equipment
Following all safety and cGMP requirements
