Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Compliance with cleanroom requirements: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 to 12 hours a day, with additional overtime as required
  • Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
  • Preferred: Associates degree in related field
  • Preferred: Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics, including PLC Programmable Logic Controllers, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoids
  • Preferred: Production experience in a CGMP or Lean manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Performing all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company
  • Intervening in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance
  • Performing tooling changes, machine setups, and making in-process adjustments
  • Rebuilding, calibrating, and configuring sealing components and controls
  • Documenting clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls
  • HVAC, Boiler, Generator and electrical troubleshooting
  • Engaging in continuous improvement projects
  • Participating in equipment installation
  • Testing equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met
  • Maintaining, repairing, and rebuilding various production machines and equipment
  • Following all safety and cGMP requirements
