Requirements

Participation in structured on-call rotation covering weekends and country holidays (Friday 7pm – Sunday 9pm local time) every 4–6 weeks to support 'follow the sun' model across India, Cork, and U.S. SecOps teams
Focus on resolving priority SecOps requests during on-call periods to ensure 24/7 operational resilience

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve incidents, problems, and operational issues across security platforms
Perform root cause analysis, implement workarounds, and preventive measures
Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support teams following defined processes
Assist with major incident management, communication, and post-incident reviews
Provide Tier 1/2 support for routine tasks like deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades
Execute operational runbooks, maintenance activities, and health checks across platforms
Monitor system availability, performance metrics, and error conditions
