Responsibilities
- Lead a team of project managers
- Reimagine the intent management process for intake, prioritization, and communication with partners
- Work closely with Card Site team and stakeholders across Card Business, Marketing, Technology, Platforms, Legal, Risk, and Design to intake, prioritize, refine, and deliver intent
- Work closely with Content Marketing and Brand Creative teams
- Oversee creative development process for Outbound Marketing team and article development pipeline for Content Marketing team, optimizing for efficiency and quality
- Oversee influencer/creator monitoring and rights management
- Ensure marketing channels are well-managed, documenting key artifacts and optimizing processes
- Oversee monthly budgeting process and platform access for all marketing channels
- Inform requirements for enterprise solutions like digital asset management and legal/compliance review tools
- Constantly seek new tools to automate manual processes
- Display passion for coaching and developing associates
- Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs, providing strategic direction
- Design, develop, and manage project plans, revising as needed
- Ensure projects are documented to mitigate risk and delivered on time
- Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to deliver on project intent
- Partner cross-functionally with project customers for strategic and tactical thought partnership
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders
