Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. A minimum of five years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including deep knowledge of its design and architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints, is essential. Proven development management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment is required, along with strong proficiency in Apex and LWC development. Experience with Salesforce packaging and partner tools, integration between Salesforce and other systems, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities for collaborative work are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Product Development will lead an agile team in architecting, designing, developing, and packaging unique products that extend Salesforce. This role involves leveraging Salesforce and AWS AI technologies to solve market needs and deliver business results, working with existing products like Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce, Messaging, and Bots. Responsibilities include collaborating with developers, product managers, sales, marketing, and the Salesforce consulting practice to define and support the product roadmap and portfolio. The position requires contribution to the full software development lifecycle, guiding the team in agile best practices, code reviews, testing, architecture, and technical design, and staying updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases.
