Experience with Salesforce packaging and partner tools, integration between Salesforce and other systems, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities for collaborative work are also necessary.

The position requires contribution to the full software development lifecycle, guiding the team in agile best practices, code reviews, testing, architecture, and technical design, and staying updated on the latest Salesforce features and releases.
