Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to design technical UX for financial services, data tooling, and process management platforms
  • Translate ambiguous problems into actionable design solutions around GraphQL, APIs, data workflows, and task management
  • Deliver production-ready assets and partner through QA to ensure design quality
  • Use and extend design system in Figma
  • Apply user research and usability testing to refine solutions
  • Present work with strong storytelling and clear design rationale
  • Lead design strategy and execution for data-intensive tools and workflows, shaping clarity in complex systems and defining new product spaces (0→1)
  • Oversee and optimize use of tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems; develop artifacts like vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
  • Shape product direction and outcomes, drive alignment across product, tech, and business partners
  • Actively manage portfolio, pivoting, redirecting, broadening, and narrowing scope as needed
