Requirements

Candidates must possess 10-15 years of overall experience in risk management, procurement, or compliance, with a minimum of 8 years specifically in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM). This includes hands-on experience in TPRM design, oversight, governance, and transformation, preferably within FS or Pharma industries. A strong understanding of TPRM frameworks, lifecycle risks, and regulatory expectations is essential, along with experience in second-line risk and compliance functions and managing outsourced teams. Proven stakeholder engagement, analytical, and communication skills are required, as is hands-on experience with TPRM platforms like OneTrust. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and experience in process mapping and redesign are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead TPRM transformation projects, manage the delivery of key TPRM initiatives, and support the execution of the global roadmap. Responsibilities include contributing to the governance and continuous improvement of the TPRM framework, delivering second-line assurance activities, and overseeing the performance of the outsourced TPRM operations team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, defining and monitoring KRIs and KPIs, managing framework change governance, and maintaining accurate documentation of policies and procedures. Additionally, the manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide insights to enhance the third-party risk posture.
