Responsibilities

Develop and oversee global procurement strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency across all entities and regions
Lead the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation, onboarding, and renewal
Design, implement, and maintain procurement policies, tools, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, efficiency, and transparency
Negotiate strategic vendor contracts and pricing agreements, driving cost optimisation while maintaining service quality and risk mitigation
Oversee procurement systems and tools, including purchase order platforms and approval workflows
Ensure cross-entity compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to align procurement practices with corporate objectives, budget, and risk management
Manage and optimize related spend systems such as Travel & Expense (T&E) platforms, corporate card programs, and employee reimbursement processes
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees globally on procurement procedures, policies, and tools
Monitor and report on key procurement KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
