Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee global procurement strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency across all entities and regions
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation, onboarding, and renewal
  • Design, implement, and maintain procurement policies, tools, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, efficiency, and transparency
  • Negotiate strategic vendor contracts and pricing agreements, driving cost optimisation while maintaining service quality and risk mitigation
  • Oversee procurement systems and tools, including purchase order platforms and approval workflows
  • Ensure cross-entity compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to align procurement practices with corporate objectives, budget, and risk management
  • Manage and optimize related spend systems such as Travel & Expense (T&E) platforms, corporate card programs, and employee reimbursement processes
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees globally on procurement procedures, policies, and tools
  • Monitor and report on key procurement KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency
