  • Ability to drive visibility through data to achieve zero business interruptions due to unplanned Facilities and Utilities related events
  • Expertise in establishing process excellence frameworks for assessing 150+ CMOs bi-annually, defining deliverables, and governing risk outcomes
  • Skills in researching, defining, and deploying software and database systems to digitize governance and data analytics processes
  • Capability to embed robust End-to-End governance processes for continuous monitoring of CMO performance and risk profiles regarding Facilities reliability & compliance
  • Proficiency in utilizing performance metrics, analytics, data-driven insights, and market intelligence for evaluating successes, improvements, and informing decisions
  • Knowledge of industry trends, including ISPE Annex I, and ability to create Regulatory and Compliance search engines (e.g., FDA 483, Warning Letters) to connect risks to non-conformances
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with E&PS functions, IM business partners, IM-PES, QA, EHS teams, etc
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to report to senior leaders, sites, and platforms
  • Visionary leadership: Ability to articulate a compelling vision for an End-to-End EMST framework that inspires stakeholders
  • Results-oriented: Track record of setting ambitious goals

Responsibilities

  • Drive Process and Operational Excellence by achieving visibility through data for zero business interruptions
  • Establish a process excellence framework for bi-annual assessments of 150+ CMOs, defining deliverables and governing risk outcomes
  • Research, define, and deploy software and database systems to digitize governance and data analytics processes
  • Embed robust End-to-End governance to continuously monitor CMO performance and risk profiles for Facilities reliability & compliance
  • Utilize performance metrics and analytics to evaluate successes and areas for improvement
  • Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform decision-making and adapt strategies based on industry trends
  • Tap into ISPE Annex I trends and create a Regulatory and Compliance search engine to connect CMO assessment risks to published non-conformances (e.g., FDA 483, Warning Letters)
  • Share risks and market intelligence with QA, GET, FM COE, E&D, IM PM Technical Support Group
  • Collaborate closely with E&PS functions, IM business partners, IM-PES, QA, EHS, etc., to standardize processes and maximize business value
  • Demonstrate strong communications and report to senior leaders, sites, and platforms
