Requirements

7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or data analytics
Strong understanding of compliance risk frameworks, monitoring practices, and risk management principles
Broad understanding of CVS Health’s structure and business segments
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies
Expertise using Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and PowerPoint
Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead execution and continuous improvement of the Compliance Risk Governance Program, Risk Governance Risk Cycle, and Analytic Assessments
Oversee risk data collection, analysis, and reporting across business segments
Direct the development and application of statistical and analytic methodologies to support compliance risk evaluation and prioritization
Guide the design of dashboards and metrics to identify and communicate emerging risk trends
Manage the integration of internal and external data sources for comprehensive compliance risk analytics
Partner with Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in risk management activities
Synthesize analytic findings into actionable insights and risk summaries for senior leadership
Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and analytical capability
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies within the Risk Governance framework
